   leaders accountable for their performance
2. Strengthen leaders’ capacities to be responsive and accountable to the demands and
   aspirations of communities
3. Build technical and entrepreneurial skills for jobs and wealth creation among the youth and
   women
4. Support peace building and conflict transformation
5. Enhance capacity of communities and leaders to promote Transparency, Accountability,
   and Anti-Corruption in the monitoring, and delivery of public services
6. Strengthen capacities for communities’ inclusion in decision making and benefit sharing
   mechanisms in natural resources management and climate change adaptation
7. Increase Organizational capacities of AFLI to cost-effectively deliver the objectives of
   this strategic plan
