And the main theme to Streets of Rage 1/2 is up there as well. Those two are him peak imo. This sounds good too though. At moments I think it's got a bit of that ActRaiser vibe to it actually, but if it were done through a '90s synthesiser rather than with real instruments. Well, at least the tracks as they sound in the linked YouTube OST video anyway.
